Hi, I'm Cheryl.
With more than 20 years' experience in healthcare as a clinical nurse and project manager, I've always been passionate about caring for people and bringing calm to complex situations. When I was ready for a new chapter—one that allowed me to work closer to home—I realised I could combine those skills with something I've always loved: helping people navigate life's transitions with organisation, compassion, and practical support.
My own journey through menopause, alongside embracing my own wonderfully "neuro-spicy" mind, helped me recognise that organisation isn't just something I'm good at—it's how I naturally solve problems and support others. That realisation inspired me to create SortedHomes.
My years in healthcare taught me to listen without judgement, stay calm under pressure, and support people through some of life's most challenging moments—qualities I now bring to every home I work in. Whether you're preparing a property for sale, clearing a loved one's estate, or simply feeling overwhelmed by clutter, I'll work alongside you with empathy, respect, and practical support.
As a lifelong organiser with extensive project management experience, I bring structure to what can often feel like chaos. I can manage the practical logistics while gently supporting you through the emotional decisions, helping make the process feel more manageable from beginning to end.
I've proudly called this community home for more than 15 years. I'm a wife, a mum to one wonderful son, and someone who genuinely loves helping others. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing the relief on a client's face when overwhelm starts to ease.
My goal is simple: be hands-on, lighten the mental load, and support you through life's transitions.
